1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact at eddsrubbish@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided.

1.3 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Returns:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

3.2 Exchanges:

• We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges related to damaged or defective items.
